All women pétanquers are invited to enter a women’s doubles tournament to celebrate International Women’s Day. Entry is FREE and you don’t have to have a PE licence to enter.
(Should your team qualify for the national event however, any unlicensed players will need to join Pétanque England to take part).
The event will be run by Sue McKechnie and Gill Brooks of Cricklade PC at Cricklade House Hotel on Sunday, 13 March with 9:30am registration for a 10am start.
The format will be a round robin in the morning, followed by a knock-out in the afternoon
Lunch is available to order or bring your own. Once entries are received the menu will be sent to entrants.
The more teams that enter, the more we can take to the national event, so please enter to support the region and International Women’s Day
!If you’d like to play but don’t have a team mate, please contact Gill or Sue and they will try to pair you up.
